No Refund Policy Due to Venue Change: In the event that the originally planned location for the EVENT or PARTY must be moved to an indoor club due to government regulations, permit issues, or any other legal or administrative requirements, Pirates of Parvati reserves the right to make this change without processing any refunds on ticket sales.

2. Notice of Change: Pirates of Parvati will make every reasonable effort to inform all attendees of any changes to the venue as soon as possible. Communication may include email, SMS, or notification through official social media channels.

3. Ticket Validity: Tickets purchased for the original event will remain valid for the relocated event at the indoor venue, and attendees may still enjoy the full event experience provided in this modified setting.

4. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket for this event, attendees agree to these terms and understand that ticket refunds will not be issued due to a change in venue under these circumstances.
